Announcements

4-14-03 Here are some notes that may help for Exam 2.
3-03-03 Check out Paul Foose's page. He scanned some pages on monitors from last year's textbook. (Removed for copyright reasons)
2-12-03 Make sure you kill all zombie processes when you are done working on the lab machines. I've noticed an abundance of old processes clearly associated with assignment #2.
2-9-03 Corrections were made to Assignment #2
1-31-03 Check the class announcements for corrections to the first assignment. While you are there, check the assignment grading policy to make sure you include everything. You could lose some easy points so read carefully.
1-14-03 I have compiled a list of student web pages for my section. Please make sure your name is on the list. Once your web page is setup, email me the URL. Your page must be on my list before your first assignment if you want it to be graded.
1-13-03 Sign up for your Unix accounts ASAP! All your programming assignments must be compiled for the lab machines, so an account is necessary. Here is a list of lab machines you can ssh to plus directions on how to do so. Please let me know if you have difficulty obtaining an account.
